Progressed from Senior Programme Manager to Portfolio RTE within three years — a deliberate arc from delivery governance to strategic portfolio leadership.

Lean Budgets & Guardrails replaced slow approval cycles with dynamic value-stream funding — enabling quarterly rebalancing tied directly to OKR shifts, with teams empowered to act without waiting for annual budget rounds.

I combine enterprise delivery discipline with hands-on AI expertise: governing the portfolio's first GenAI pilot (reducing 2-week intelligence cycles to hours), advising portfolio-wide on AI tooling, and building personally with Claude Code & Supabase to stay current with what's actually possible.

As Senior Programme Manager and Proxy Product Owner for Intelligent Automation, delivered in-house translation engine (in-house language translation platform for regulated global environments) and automated cell analysis tool (AI-powered automated cell colony counting for lab scientists). Led the end-to-end transformation of both the Finacle technology platform and the business team's operating model for ICICI Bank. Coached leaders and teams from output-driven to outcome-focused delivery, embedding Agile across technology and business functions simultaneously. Sprint spillover reduced sprint-by-sprint — from 30% initially to under 10% at maturity — with teams consistently meeting sprint goals and shipping to market faster as Backlog and PIR discipline took hold.

Co-authored RFP — technical requirements, all modules, end-to-end estimations & change control for Newcastle Permanent

Co-authored the RFP by owning the complete technical requirements body for Newcastle Permanent Building Society (NPBS) — covering licensing costs, data migrations, all customer-facing and admin banking modules, and end-to-end resource estimations across Architect, Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, Go-live, and Hypercare phases, plus full change control. So thoroughly and commercially balanced that business stakeholders accepted it with minimal negotiation.

A six-figure AUD commercial win from ANZ — Edit Future Payments & Go-Green PDF Receipts initiative

Identified and secured a six-figure AUD commercial win in new project scope from ANZ Bank for the Edit Future Payments feature. Simultaneously championed ANZ's Go-Green sustainability initiative by designing and delivering PDF "Green Receipts" — making online payments paperless and setting a precedent for paperless banking in the region.

Solo lead for Finacle Internet Banking go-live at HPB, Croatia — 2.5 years from BPO to single-handedly bringing Internet Banking live

Starting as a BPO Support Executive, progressed to Software Engineer and within 2½ years was trusted to go onsite to Zagreb solo (~11 months). With just 2.5 years of experience, single-handedly led the go-live of Finacle Internet Banking for HPB — the most visible and customer-facing layer of the bank's digital transformation. (The Core Banking go-live ran in parallel with a larger team.) Managed critical go-live nights under full banking-environment pressure; the Finacle Core and Internet Banking success became the stepping stone for HPB Treasury scope and new commercial wins.
